## Processing & Production Time
* All items are made to order unless otherwise stated.
* Current processing times are estimated and may vary based on order volume, holidays, and product availability.
* Processing time does not include shipping time.
* Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including sizing, colors, designs, and shipping information, are correct before submitting their order.
## Shipping Policy
* Once an order has been shipped, the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier and delivery times are outside of our control.
* Shipping estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.
* We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.
* Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
## Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
* If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.
* Claims for lost or missing packages must be submitted to us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
* We reserve the right to require customers to file a claim with the shipping carrier before a replacement or refund is considered.
* We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
## Refunds & Store Credit
* Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds.
* Approved refunds will be issued as store credit only.
* Store credit may be issued for qualifying situations, including approved lost package claims, damaged items, or errors made on our part.
* Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
## Returns & Exchanges
* Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, color preference, or buyer's remorse.
* If an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
## Order Cancellations
* Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
* Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
